Asivikelane has conducted interviews with informal settlement residents in 13 municipalities. The purpose of these interviews was to find answers to the following questions since the inception of the #Asivikelane campaign and its impact on the lives of informal settlement residents:

- What have you learnt, being part of Asivikelane?
- What change has it brought to your community?
- What is your hope for the future of Asivikelane?
- Is there anything else you would like to say about Asivikelane?
